Each mobile home lot shall meet the following minimum requirements: a. Minimum lot area: 5,000 square feet. b. Distance between mobile homes and parking spaces shall be arranged to provide a distance of 20 feet between units, but in no case closer than ten feet to the individual lot line of the mobile home space. Setback from the front right-of-way should be ten feet and ten feet from the rear property line. c. Minimum lot width: 50 feet. d. Minimum lot length: 100 feet. e. Minimum yard requirements: front, 20 feet; rear, 20 feet; side, 12 feet. f. Maximum height: No mobile home shall exceed 16 feet in height.
