From the ordinance
On a corner lot, no fence, wall, hedge, or other planting or structure that will, as determined by the zoning administrator, materially obstruct vision between a height of 2½ feet and eight feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets shall be erected, placed or maintained within the area formed by the intersection of right-of-way lines at points which are: 10-1-1.1. Fifteen feet distance (triangle) from the intersection of the right-of-way lines at the corner of the lot in industrial and commercial districts; and 10-1-1.2. Twenty feet distance (triangle) from such intersection in other districts.
