• No direct access to primary or secondary highways

  no lot shall have direct access to an existing primary or secondary highway.

• Lot corner monument requirements

  All lot corners shall be marked with iron pipe not less than three-fourths inch in diameter or iron rod not less than one-half inch in diameter, and not less than 24 inches long and driven so as to be flush with the finished grade.

• New public street required for 3-7 lot subdivisions

  Access for farmstead subdivisions with three to seven lots shall be to a new public street.

• Performance guarantee required

  prior to approval of the final plat, the subdivider shall file with the agent a performance guarantee

• Shared access easement width for two-lot subdivisions50 ft

  For two-lot subdivisions, a shared access shall be provided on a 50-foot-wide easement
