All home occupations shall be subject to the following general standards: The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed more than the equivalent of one-half of one floor of the dwelling unit. Use shall be conducted as an accessory use and shall not change the character of the dwelling unit nor have any exterior evidence of its use. No commodity is stored or sold, except such as are made on the premises.
