- Temporary emergency housing allowed
Nothing in this chapter shall prohibit the temporary placement of a manufactured home on a lot as an accessory structure strictly for the purpose of providing emergency housing

The zoning administrator may, however, grant an extension not to exceed an additional six months

The manufactured home shall be removed from the site when the damaged dwelling is repaired or replaced or within 12 months, whichever shall come first
