- Erosion and sediment control
Provision shall be made for protection against erosion and sedimentation in accord with applicable county ordinances.
- Stormwater drainage
Provision shall be made for proper stormwater drainage from parking and loading areas. Water shall not be permitted to drain from such areas onto adjacent property except into a natural watercourse or a drainage easement.

The TCO district shall be in addition to and shall overlay on other zoning districts so that any parcel of land lying in the district shall also lie in one or more of the other zoning districts.
