No historic landmark, structure, building, or sign, within an HP district shall be erected, reconstructed, substantially altered, moved, razed, destroyed nor restored in an HP district until the plans for such shall have been approved by the historic preservation and architectural review board (HPARB), and a certificate of approval issued.
- Design guidelines
The HPARB shall develop and recommend the board of supervisors, as well as periodically review, appropriate design guidelines that are consistent with guidelines established herein and the secretary of the interior's standards and guidelines for rehabilitation.
