Signage

• External lighting maximum footcandles above background0.25 footcandles

  direct or reflected illumination does not exceed twenty-five hundredths (0.25) footcandle above background measured at the lot line of any adjoining residential property or street right-of-way.

  The direct or reflected illumination shall not exceed twenty-five hundredths (0.25) footcandle above the background, measured at the lot line of any adjoining residential property or street right-of-way.

  Internally illuminated signs are not permissible in any residential districts.

  signs shall be illuminated using white lighting

• Sign lighting shielding required

  Lighting directed toward a sign shall be shielded so that it illuminates only the face of the sign and does not shine directly into any public or private right-of-way or residential dwelling.
