Landscaping & trees

  • Maximum berm side slope3 ratio

    The maximum side slope shall be three (3) horizontal feet to one (1) vertical foot (3:1)

    all multifamily, civic, commercial, industrial, and miscellaneous uses are required to achieve a minimum fifteen percent (15%) landscape surface ratio (LSR) for the total project site.

    All landscaping plans are required to have at least fifty (50) percent of the total landscaping points for the site be native species.

  • Landscaping surety release period2 years

    This surety shall be released at the end of two (2) years from the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy or final inspection date

  • No person shall cut, destroy, move, or remove any living, disease-free tree of any species having a trunk with a diameter of eight (8) inches or larger, measured four and one-half (4½) feet from the base
