All materials stored on the property shall be placed in a storage yard. The storage yard shall be fully screened from public view and shall be set back at least one hundred (100) feet from any adjoining residential district, in addition to meeting the landscaping zone requirements of article VIII. In considering a conditional use permit request for a construction yard, in addition to the above standards and the general standards contained in section 1-1017 of this ordinance, the board may consider and set standards for the following: Provisions for screening of any vehicles, equipment, materials and storage yards in accordance with article VIII.
