Proper disposal of waste material to prevent potential disease transmission is required by the following means, and without undue delay: Incinerating organic waste material in an approved incinerator, not by open burning, even in a pit. Placing organic waste material in a legal landfill using a covered leak-proof container for transport. Use of animal remains for hunting and/or as an animal food source shall be prohibited.

Proper permitting and record retention shall be required through the commonwealth for stuffing and mounting birds and animals for compensation or for sale, as provided for in Title 29.1.
