Lighting
- Outdoor lighting buffered
All outdoor lighting shall be located, shielded, landscaped, or otherwise buffered so that no direct light shall constitute an intrusion into any residential area.

All principal buildings and structures and all intensively active areas associated with this use shall comply with the height, coverage, and setback regulations for the district in which they are located. The provision of food, refreshments, and entertainment as an accessory use to the principal use shall be permitted...
