- Service building requirements
Each campground shall provide conveniently located service building(s) which shall contain the following minimum equipment for each twenty (20) campsites within the campground: One (1) lavatory; and One (1) shower with hot and cold running water for males; and One (1) of each for females.
- Water and sewer required
Each campsite shall have an available water supply and sewage disposal facilities as may be required by the appropriate state and county agencies. Whenever public water and/or sewer systems are available, such systems shall be used.

Minimum lot area: Ten (10) acres. Minimum lot frontage: One hundred fifty (150) feet abutting a public highway... The density of campsites in a campground shall not exceed an average of fifteen (15) campsites per acre of the developed portion...
