Multifamily and congregate housing uses are permitted as indicated in the zoning district regulations. Maximum density: Fourteen (14) dwelling units per acre. Lot coverage: The maximum lot coverage shall be sixty (60) percent of the total tract area. Minimum frontage: One hundred (100) feet in continuous frontage. Minimum lot depth: One hundred (100) feet.
