A manufactured home, Class B may be allowed as a temporary residence during the construction, repair, or renovation of a permanent residential structure on a single lot or parcel. All permits for temporary residences, while repairing a permanent residence shall expire within one (1) year after the date of issuance. All permits issued for temporary residence while constructing a new replacement residence shall expire within two (2) years after the date of issuance.
