From the ordinance
Type II home occupations are allowed in the following zoning districts: RAC and RR. Storage of goods or products shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the finished floor area devoted to the home occupation. One (1) person who is not a permanent resident of the dwelling may be engaged or employed in the home occupation.
