Type I home occupations are allowed in the following zoning districts: VC, NC, SE, SR, UR, PD-R, PD-MH, and PD-MX. The maximum floor area devoted to home occupations shall not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the finished floor area of the dwelling unit.
