Motor Vehicle/Rental: All facilities associated directly with the motor vehicle rental use, whether indoors or outdoors, shall be located not less than the minimum required building setback from the nearest residential district... When such a use abuts a residential zone or civic use, the use shall be screened by a solid vinyl or wooden fence, or masonry wall not less than six (6) feet in height. Not more than one (1) gasoline pump shall be permitted, but only for the fueling of rental vehicles.
