All public swimming pools shall conform to the following minimum requirements: Setback requirements: Seventy-five (75) feet from any property line. Additional setback: 125 ft adjacent to residential zone, 25 ft adjacent to railroad right-of-way. Public water supply shall be available. Perimeter landscaping and fencing required.
