- Park-like character landscaping
To promote a park-like character within the development, particular care should be taken to organize the landscaping plan in such a way as to maximize the visual effects of green spaces as seen from the public rights-of-way. Landscaping or other appropriate measures shall also be used to screen development within the park from any undesirable views, such as outside storage yards, etc.
- Pedestrian access separation
Pedestrian access may be provided at any suitable location within the district but shall, as a general rule, be separated from vehicular access points in order to reduce congestion, points of conflict and hazards.
