Neighborhood Commercial District (NC), Core Commercial District (CC), General Commercial District (GC), Industrial District (I), Landfill District (L): One overhanging sign referring to a business operated on the premises is permitted, provided that any such sign shall not be allowed to protrude more than five feet from the building front and shall not exceed one square foot for 20 square feet of that business storefront up to a maximum of 10 square feet. The total area of all freestanding and projecting signs permitted for any business establishment shall not be greater than 64 square feet and shall be located on the premises.
