Private farmers' markets are permitted subject to a temporary use permit within the business (PD-B) zoning district. The operation of the market is limited to a maximum of one day a calendar week and shall not exceed seven hours per calendar day including set-up and clean-up. Such uses shall be limited to no more than 30 weeks per calendar year. ... Private farmers' markets shall not be located on parcels or unified commercial developments of less than 20 acres.
