The following uses may be permitted on a temporary basis, subject to approval of a temporary use permit... Temporary retail sales stands limited to the primary sale of Christmas trees; Halloween pumpkins; Fireworks; and Civic or nonprofit group merchandise. Christmas trees, Halloween pumpkins, and civic group merchandise: 90 days maximum per calendar year, no more than 30 days per occurrence or 3 occurrences per parcel per consecutive 12-month period. Fireworks: 30 days maximum per calendar year, 1 occurrence per parcel per consecutive 12-month period.
