From the ordinance
The streetscape shall meet the requirements in the Herndon Guidelines for the Planning and Design of Town Streetscape Projects (dated November 25, 2008, as may be amended) and shall be designed in general conformance with the Downtown Pattern Book and the Urban Design and Architectural Guidelines for the Herndon Transit-Oriented Core as determined by the zoning administrator.
