  • Fence distance from tree6 ft

    Fencing shall extend as far as practical; preferably at least one foot distance from the tree for each inch of caliper, but in no case closer than six feet to the trunk.

No healthy tree shall be destroyed or removed from any parcel of land for which an application for a subdivision plat, subdivision plan, site plan, single lot development plan, or generalized development plan for a special exception has been submitted to the town for approval.
