  • Equipment area range for electronic warehousing

    The area for equipment shall be designated on a site plan and shall occupy at least 2,000 square feet and no more than 40,000 gross square feet of floor area. Within the PD-B zone, a maximum of 55,000 gross square feet may be permitted by-right for adaptive reuse of a principle structure existing on April 8, 2025 which is greater than 350 feet from an existing residential building.

  • Retail sales may be permitted as an accessory use in a warehouse establishment, to be limited to the lesser of either 25 percent of the establishment's gross floor area or 5,000 square feet.

  • The storage yard shall be screened from view from all property lines and adjacent rights-of-way by an opaque fence or wall between six and eight feet in height that incorporates at least one of the predominant materials and one of the predominant colors used in the primary structure. Materials may not be stored higher than the height of the primary structure. The perimeter of the fence or wall shall be landscaped with a seven-foot-wide strip containing a minimum of one tree for every 150 square feet of lot area.

For all electronic warehousing uses, exterior areas devoted to auxiliary generators shall be screened on all sides by a brick or block enclosure that matches the exterior color of the principal building.
