Parking space standards shall be computed at the rate of 3.3 spaces per 1,000 gross square feet of ground floor commercial space in the proposed development. Parking space standards for multi-family units shall be computed at the rate of 1.5 per dwelling unit of which only 0.5 or less may be in the form of parking under the public parking alternative program.
