Lighting
- Exterior lighting
If installed, exterior lighting shall meet the functional needs of the establishment without adversely affecting adjacent properties or the neighborhood.

- Covered storage roof color
If the outdoor storage area is covered, then the covering shall include at least one of the predominant exposed roofing colors on the primary structure.
- Flammable liquids underground
Flammable liquids or gases in excess of 1,000 gallons shall be stored underground.
- Goods limited to those sold on premises
Goods, other than fleet vehicles, stored in an outdoor storage area shall be limited to those sold on the premises as part of an associated, additional primary use.
