From the ordinance

The height of a structure in the PD-TD district shall not exceed 50 feet from the finished grade... Where a PD-TD district abuts land in a single-family detached zoning district, the yard immediately abutting the R-10 property shall be as follows: minimum 20 feet if it is a rear yard, minimum ten feet if it is a side yard.
