  • Location restriction

    A PD-D district may only be established by rezoning of lands in the Downtown Overlay in the Herndon 2030 Comprehensive Plan. For the area that comprises the downtown as described in section 78-50.3(a) this zoning district is only available for zoning map amendment applications received on or before January 8, 2013.

    Single-family detached dwelling units shall be allowed in sectors 3 and 4 of the Downtown Overlay in the Herndon 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
