- Administrative Review for Minor Improvements
Improvements eligible for administrative review shall be of a common and recurring nature and have only a minor impact on the design, character, or historic fabric.

Development located within the historic district overlay shall be completed in accordance with the Historic District Overlay Guidelines and the standards set forth in section 78-60.3(f).
- Certificate of Appropriateness Expiration5 years
Development activity or demolition approved pursuant to a certificate of appropriateness must begin within five years of the issuance.
- Demolition Offer Period
The schedule for offers to sell shall be as follows: Three months when the offering price is less than $25,000; four months when $25,000-$40,000; five months when $40,000-$55,000; six months when $55,000-$75,000; seven months when $75,000-$90,000; twelve months when $90,000 or more.
