An increase in height over the height and floor area ratio allowed in Table 78-40.4(g) table of dimensional standards in the O&LI zoning district, may be permitted by a special exception... The parcel or parcels that are the subject of the special exception are not less than 200,000 square feet; The resulting floor area ratio on sites does not exceed a floor area ratio of 1:25; The height of the building, inclusive of parking levels, does not exceed 110 feet; A minimum of 35 percent of the site is open space.
