From the ordinance
Multifamily dwellings are permitted by-right up to a density of 15 dwellings per acre. Special Exception approval per section 78-155.3 is required for any multifamily dwelling exceeding 15 dwelling units per acre and up to the maximum permissible gross density of 22 units per acre. A minimum of 30 percent of the development site shall be designated as open space exclusive of permeable land in individual lots.
