Height

Dwelling units may be increased to 45 ft and 3 stories provided each side yard is 7.5 ft or more plus an additional 1 ft of side yard for each additional foot of height exceeding 35 ft.
Spires, belfries, cupolas, monuments, water towers, chimneys, flues, flagpoles, roof mounted TV antennas, and roof mounted radio aerials are exempt. Parapet walls may be up to 4 ft above building height.

Public and semi-public buildings may be erected to 60 ft provided required front, side, and rear yards are increased by 1 ft for each additional foot of height exceeding 35 ft.
