A landscaped buffer screen, a minimum of ten (10) feet wide, which provides a dense, year-round visual and noise obstruction not less than six (6) feet in height shall be required... Deciduous trees shall have a minimum of two-inch caliper at planting and shall be spaced no more than fifty (50) feet apart... Associated planting areas shall represent a minimum of five (5) percent of the total area used for parking.
