    No block shall be more than 1,200 feet nor less than 400 feet in length.

    Fire hydrants shall be required in a subdivision at locations approved by the administrator.

  • Monuments required

    All monuments must be installed by the subdivider and shall meet the minimum specifications.

  • Every lot shall have frontage on a public street.

  • Public water and sewer required

    Public water service shall be extended by the subdivider to all lots... No subdivision or development shall be approved without an acceptable water supply plan... Where public sewerage facilities are available, the service shall be extended... individual septic tanks shall not be permitted.

  • Sidewalks, curbs, and gutters required

    Sidewalks shall be provided in accordance with the specifications of the state department of transportation. Curbs and gutters shall be installed on both sides of streets.
