Subdivision, major: Any subdivision which involves four or more lots, or which involves the creation of any new public street, regardless of the number of lots involved. Subdivision, minor: Any subdivision which involves three or fewer lots, all of which front on an existing dedicated and accepted public street and which does not require the creation of any new public street.
