All written statements and all plans... shall be presented on a sheet or sheets having a size of no larger than 24 by 36 inches. The master zoning plan (MZP) shall be prepared using a convenient scale so that the entire parcel can be shown on a single sheet of paper no larger than 30 inches by 42 inches.
