Signage

  Signs not exceeding two (2) square feet in area displayed on a parcel for the purpose of advertising the sale or lease of the premises upon which the sign is located, provided only one (1) such sign is displayed per street frontage and the sign is removed within seven (7) days after the sale or lease is consummated;

  Signs not exceeding four (4) square feet in area displayed on a parcel for the purpose of identifying a chiropractic service or similar professional service, provided only one (1) such sign is displayed per street frontage;
