If requesting to install a new telecommunications tower, concealed wireless telecommunications facility, or to increase the allowable height of a facility above that permitted by right, a balloon test shall be performed.

A listing of all property owners within one-quarter (¼) mile from the subject property shall be notified.

Applications for wireless telecommunications facilities, including small cell facilities, allowed by right shall be accompanied with one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each facility up to the first five (5) facilities, and fifty dollars ($50.00) for each additional facility on the same application.
