  • Building permit required

    A building permit issued by the building and zoning office is required in advance of the initiation of construction of any building or structure.

  • Certificate of occupancy required

    A building hereafter erected under the expressed conditions of a building permit... shall not be occupied in whole or in part until a certificate of use and occupancy... has been issued.

  • Maximum principal dwellings per lot1 dwelling

    in no case shall there be more than one building on the lot used for dwelling purposes except as otherwise provided.

  • No lot reduction below requirements

    No lot shall be reduced in size so that width, yard requirements, lot area per dwelling unit or other requirements of this chapter are not maintained.
