From the ordinance
Principal solar energy facilities must conform to the following standards: 1. Buffers: For photovoltaic panels, substations, and other equipment associated with the production and distribution of electricity (other than poles and wires) the following minimum buffers are required: a. One hundred fifty (150) feet from any property line or road. ... b. One hundred (100) feet from RPA wetlands, rivers, streams or other environmentally sensitive features and fifty (50) feet from any wetland not associated with an RPA.
