Accessory housing units shall conform to the following standards: (a) Standards applicable to all accessory housing units: 1. Only one (1) accessory housing unit shall be permitted on a zoning lot. ... 4. Two (2) off-street parking spaces shall be provided for the accessory housing unit in addition to the spaces provided for the principal residence. 5. No more than two (2) bedrooms shall be provided in any accessory housing unit. 6. The owner(s) of the property must reside on the property where the accessory housing unit is located.
