The following signs are permitted in the A-1, AR-2, AR-1, RC, AR-6, RS, R-1, R-2, R-3, R-4, R-5, and RM Zoning Districts... Within a development in the RC, RS or RM Zoning Districts, the following internal directional signs shall also be permitted.
