    When a commercial site is located on a designated major thoroughfare, at least fifteen (15) feet shall be maintained along the road frontage as a buffer.

    When a site has frontage on Route 360, 301, 1, 33, 54, or 30, the buffer shall be increased to twenty-five (25) feet.
