The Board may grant a special exception to permit a building or structure to exceed the maximum height permitted by the district regulations, provided that: 1. The additional height is necessary for the proposed use; 2. The additional height will not have an adverse impact on the surrounding area; 3. The additional height will not create a hazard to aviation; 4. The additional height is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; 5. The additional height is in compliance with all applicable ordinances and regulations.
