Any person who violates any provision of this Zoning Ordinance shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation.

Any person who violates any provision of this Zoning Ordinance shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Any person who knowingly and willfully violates any provision of this Zoning Ordinance shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) and/or imprisonment for not more than twelve (12) months.
