- Screening of above-ground utility accessories
All above-ground accessories shall be screened with appropriate landscaping of a height no less than that of the facility being screened.

In all Business zoning districts; OS, Office-Service; and M-1, Limited Industrial Zoning Districts, and within all residential projects located in the R-4 Residential Cluster District, R-5 Multiple Family Residential District, and the RM Multi-Family District which do not otherwise require subdivision approval, all utility lines... shall be placed underground.
