- Internal landscaping percentage5 pct
At least five (5) percent of the parking area shall be devoted to internal landscaping.
- Landscaping bond percentage25 pct
At the time of issuance of the certificate of occupancy, or at the end of the extension of time granted, a bond equal to twenty-five (25) percent of the cost of landscaping shall be posted with the county.
- Shrub requirements
The trees shall be supplemented with shrubbery with at least two (2) shrubs per required tree. All shrubs shall have a spread of eighteen (18) inches to twenty-four (24) inches when planted. Shrubs shall not exceed twenty-four (24) inches in height when planted.
- Tree caliper at planting2 in
Deciduous trees shall be at least two (2) inches in caliper measured six (6) inches from the ground when planted.

Trees shall be required to provide a canopy after ten (10) years equivalent to at least ten (10) percent of the square footage of the parking area.

All utility lines, including, but not limited to, electric, telephone, cable television, and street lighting, installed to serve new development within the Suburban Development Overlay District shall be placed underground.
