From the ordinance
The planned unit development district (PUD) is established... A PUD may have a total, overall density of up to seven units per net acre. Single-family dwellings shall be on lots with minimum area of not less than 8,000 square feet. Maximum lot coverage is 60 percent for structures and 75 percent for impervious surfaces. Open space in the amount of 20 percent of the gross area of the PUD shall be provided.
